Why We Use Martingale Collars

The martingale collar makes it harder for dogs to slip out of their collar!

Traditional collars must be worn tight enough that the dog can not wiggle out. Some dogs will slip out of their collars easier than others. Martingale collars have an extra loop that allows the collar to be worn comfortably loose but tightens when engaged. This does not choke the dog. It tightens just enough that the dog cannot duck their head out of the collar and break free! They are much safer than a traditional collar and more comfortable too!
